Questions that haunt
Questions that taunt
Loaded with weight
With no answer straight.

It's not here, but it might be there
So unsure of getting there
It's the path that matters not the end
Then why is this such a sharp bend?

Knowing what I like
Though knowing not what I want
Knowing only my current
The future seems to taunt

It should be so easy
Knowing and getting there
Decisions and choices
But it seems unfair

Where is that passion?
What is that joy?
That was in the present
That wasn't too coy

Buried somewhere maybe
In the rush of reality
Only captured by Time
What is this mentality?
